If you purchased digital products from us before April 2025 and need to download them again, we're happy to help!
Our download system was upgraded in April 2025. Orders placed before this date require manual processing to generate new download links.
To request your download links:
Email us at lisa@michaelclose.com with:
- Your order number (if you have it)
- The name on your order
- Which product(s) you need to download
We'll send you fresh download links within 24 hours!
For orders placed April 2025 or later: Your downloads are available directly in your customer account dashboard. Just click on Order Details in your Account Dashboard to get a new link to your download.
