We'll send you fresh download links within 24 hours!

For orders placed April 2025 or later: Your downloads are available directly in your customer account dashboard. Just click on Order Details in your Account Dashboard to get a new link to your download.

Part of the price of a purchasing magic is the secret. Therefore we only offer exchanges on physical goods, if the goods you buy from us are defective.

When purchasing magic you are paying for the secret and therefore do not allow items to be returned or exchange for another trick.

There are no exchanges or refunds on downloadable products.

To protect the integrity of our work, copy and paste has been disabled on all of our ebook products.

You are still able to read the entire ebook, highlight text for personal reference, make notes in the PDF, and print the document for your own use. These features ensure the material remains fully usable for study, practice, and enjoyment.

Disabling copy and paste helps prevent our content from being repurposed, redistributed, or shared without permission. Each ebook represents a significant investment of time, experience, and original thinking, and this protection allows us to continue creating high quality material for our customers.

2. Make sure you are signed in to your account. Once signed in, the video will play.

3. Alternatively, you can find a direct link to your product in the confirmation email you received after your purchase. This link is located right under the product summary in the email.

At this time, Targeted Training videos are not available for download. However, you can easily access and watch them anytime on any device. Simply log in to your account, and you'll have unlimited access to your purchased videos from our website.

To access the Member's Section, you must be subscribed to our email list. You can subscribe or unsubscribe at any time from your customer account page when logged in. Once subscribed, you'll have access to all member content. It's free and we will never sell your information to anyone.

Some users notice a bit of a glitch when logging in with Firefox or Internet Explorer browsers. Try using Safari or Chrome to access the locked pages. Also, make sure you have the most up-to-date version of your browser.

The Murphy's Magic downloads are processed manually during business hours (Mon - Sat 9 am-5pm EDT), so if you are ordering this at 3am you might just have to wait until we wake up! 😀

After your purchase, you will receive and email with your special Murphy's Magic password. Go to our homepage and in the top-left corner of the website you'll see a link called MY MURPHY'S DOWNLOADS. You can log in here and view or download your Murphy's products at any time.

If this is a Murphy's Magic download you simply have to go to the top-left link on our homepage (My Murphy's Downloads) and login with your special Murphy's password that was emailed to you. All of your download will still be there for you to download again. If you have forgotton or lost your Murphy's password please email lisa at lisa@michaelclose.com and she can reset it for you.
