Ebooks are downloadable digital books you can read and study at your own pace.

Targeted Training videos are streaming instructional videos. Sign in to your MichaelClose.com account and visit My Training Videos to watch your purchases. These are streaming videos and aren’t available to download.

Murphy’s Magic downloads use a separate login from your MichaelClose.com account. After your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your Murphy’s password. Use My Murphy’s Downloads to access and download your purchases.

If you purchased digital products from us before April 2025 and need to download them again, we're happy to help!

Our download system was upgraded in April 2025. Orders placed before this date require manual processing to generate new download links.

To request your download links:

Email us at lisa@michaelclose.com with:

• Your order number (if you have it)
• The name on your order
• Which product(s) you need to download

We'll send you fresh download links within 24 hours!

For orders placed April 2025 or later: Your downloads are available directly in your customer account dashboard. Just click on Order Details in your Account Dashboard to get a new link to your download.

For physical goods, we offer exchanges only if the item you received is defective. Because purchasing magic includes the secret, items cannot be returned or exchanged for a different trick.

For downloadable products, all sales are final. By completing your purchase, you confirm that digital content will be delivered immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. This applies to all customers, including those in the European Union, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which permits an exception to the right of withdrawal for digital content when delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

Our ebooks include both PDF and EPUB versions, so you can choose the format that works best for you.

PDF preserves the book’s page layout. EPUB lets you adjust text size in compatible reading apps and e-readers.

First, choose the version you’d like to read.

For PDF: Open the downloaded file in a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Apple Books. Many web browsers can also open PDFs. This version keeps the book’s original page layout.

For EPUB: Open the downloaded file in a compatible reading app, such as Apple Books, or transfer it to a compatible e-reader. EPUB lets you adjust the text size for comfortable reading.

For Kindle: Use Amazon’s Send to Kindle service to send the EPUB file to your Kindle library, rather than copying it directly to the device. Amazon converts the EPUB file for Kindle reading.

If you have trouble opening either version, email lisa@michaelclose.com with your device, the file version you’re using, and any error message.

To access your Targeted Training videos, please follow these steps:

1. Visit our Targeted Training page here, or find the link in the top-left corner of our website.

2. Make sure you are signed in to your account. Once signed in, the video will play.

3. Alternatively, you can find a direct link to your product in the confirmation email you received after your purchase. This link is located right under the product summary in the email.

At this time, Targeted Training videos are not available for download. However, you can easily access and watch them anytime on any device. Simply log in to your account, and you'll have unlimited access to your purchased videos from our website.

To access the Member's Section, you must be subscribed to our email list. You can subscribe or unsubscribe at any time from your customer account page when logged in. Once subscribed, you'll have access to all member content. It's free and we will never sell your information to anyone.

If a page appears blank after you sign in, first make sure you are using the email address associated with your purchase or membership. Refresh the page and try signing out and back in.

If the problem continues, try an up-to-date browser or a private browsing window. If that works, try clearing the site’s cookies in your usual browser and signing in again.

Still having trouble? Email lisa@michaelclose.com with the email address on your account, the page you are trying to access, your browser, and a screenshot of the problem. Please do not send your password.

The Murphy's Magic downloads are processed manually during business hours (Mon - Sat 9 am-5pm EDT), so if you are ordering this at 3am you might just have to wait until we wake up! 😀

After your purchase, you will receive and email with your special Murphy's Magic password. Go to our homepage and in the top-left corner of the website you'll see a link called MY MURPHY'S DOWNLOADS. You can log in here and view or download your Murphy's products at any time.

If this is a Murphy's Magic download you simply have to go to the top-left link on our homepage (My Murphy's Downloads) and login with your special Murphy's password that was emailed to you. All of your download will still be there for you to download again. If you have forgotton or lost your Murphy's password please email lisa at lisa@michaelclose.com and she can reset it for you.
